Program: Photography Exhibition
We were tasked to design the main gallery for world renowned photographer Elie Kimbembe’s first solo exhibition at the Symes, Toronto. After the initial site visit, we imagined the main gallery to be filled with series of vaulted chambers. The elastane columns were inspired by the Gothic architecture. Timeline less than 30 days

The Barn
Program: Two-Storey Barn/Guest House Renovation
The renovation of an existing two-storey barn in Prince Edward County. The existing 3-bedroom guesthouse had only one bathroom, one of our challenges was to add a master bathroom and a second bathroom on the ground floor. Relocate the kitchenette to the upper floor where family hangs out. Replace windows with new glazing to take advantage of the lake view.

Program: Exhibition design, IDS 2017
The design of Designboom Mart promotes interaction by connecting, stretching and contracting space, forming a dynamic and engaging environment that integrates visitors, vendors and products. painted designboom yellow, a pair of intersecting rectilinear volumes stretch vertically towards the ceiling, defining the central core of the mart and acting as a bold beacon of color within the fair.

An exploration of the different forms using latex.
Tho [ Thai n. vessel ] examines negative casting using hydrocal. The flexibility of the latex mold makes it possible to produce unique shapes and forms, unlike the traditional casting technique.
